My Nike Mini!
I've got a new toy! Last night my baby hooked me up with the Nike+ iPod trainer. We did our first short run today to see how it works. It calculated distance, time, calories burned. We then were able to sync it up to the Nike+ website where it will keep track of my workouts. I was even able to create a little mini-runner version of me! And as you can see, they even give you the code to post it to a blog or website. Check me out!Labels: running

I'm jealous.
Don't be...you can kick my butt any day of the week without any help from a Nike +! However, the gadget is only $30, it syncs to your nano, and you don't need to buy the shoes. I just bought a little velcro pouch for $5 that attaches to the top of my shoe. Got your interest???
